Danielle Jackson

Danielle is a researcher & college instructor with over 10 years of experience in higher education. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the CUNY Graduate Center and is the Institutional Research Assistant at Macaulay Honors College, CUNY. Her research and teaching interests include diversity in higher education, inequality in the labor market, urban community development and social justice. She is a native of Oakland, California and lives in New York, NY.

Michael Madormo

Michael is a facilitator and coach for new teachers with Teach for America in Newark, NJ, with a focus on developing culturally relevant teaching practices.  Michael taught in public, private, and charter high schools for five years, and he has four years of experience facilitating spaces geared towards undoing oppression.  He is from New Jersey and lives in New York City.
